We accept all insurance policies with the appropriate referral from your primary care physician. Please contact our office for information regarding our private pay policy.

We are contracted with the following medical insurance companies:

All new patients must be referred to our office. If you are in need of renal care, please consult with your primary care physician for a referral. New Patient information forms are mailed to new patients after we have received the doctor’s referral form. If you are moving to the Yakima area, please ask your current nephrology practice to send a formal referral and your patient records to our office.
